We can pick up, wash, dry, fold, and then deliver your clothes on a monthly basis to help cross off one more chore on your seemingly every growing to do list
Solo/ Singles Plan
$59 per month
One 22×28 size bag with one pickup every other week or 2 total fills each month
Couples / Double
$99 per month
One 22×28 size bag with 4 total fills each month.
Multi Family Plan
$129 per month
One 22×28 size bags with 6 total fills each month
On Demand Pickup
$2.75 per pound
Sign up as a wash n go customer on our route and request pickups at your leisure.
What happens if I need more laundry done than allocated on my plan?
No problem, we can and will still do your laundry and you will be billed on a per pound basis based on our standard price of $2.75 per pound.
If I do not use my bag allocation for a month does my plan rollover into next month?
No, if there are any unused fill-ups they do not roll over. Therefore, use them so you do not lose them!
Are there any long-term commitments?
Absolutely not, if you try our services and decide that it just isn’t working for you, we understand, there are no long-term commitments. Our plans are on a month to month basis.
What is the turnaround time for my clothes?
If you decide to sign up for our Free pickup and delivery service our turn around time is 3 days. We can offer same day service for an extra $10 surcharge if you visit one of our store locations before 930 am.
Can you hang my shirts?
No, our services in the subscription plans only includes wash, dry and fold. We can hang shirts upon request but any of these items will be billed separately and are not included in your plan.
How am I billed?
We accept credit card and debit cards. Your card will be auto billed each month on the 1st. For billing purposes, we will prorate your first month of service to get you to the first of the month. Then going forward, we will charge a credit card encrypted on file on the first of each month for service going forward. You will always be emailed a receipt.
Can I get a refund?
Since we are flexible with our plans and there are no long-term contracts there are NO refunds.
Can I combine my subscription plan with any other coupon or discount offers?
No, you can not combine your current plan with any other coupon or discount offers.
What about dry clean items or household items?
We would be more than happy to clean any dry-cleaning pieces you may have as well as household items like comforters. However, these are not included in your plan and will be billed separately.
How can I switch or cancel my plan?
You can upgrade your plan at any time we will pro rate and adjust your billing accordingly. To cancel plans you must give us a minimum of 5 days’ notice through phone call or email.
Term and Conditions
• Subscribers must sign a waiver and release relieving Brashier Polk Cleaners of any possible shrinkage or damage to clothing
• Specialty items and dry-cleaning pieces such as laundered button up shirts or household items will be billed separately
• Billing applies on the first of each new month, first month will be prorated
• There are no refunds applicable, no exceptions
• We need a minimum of 5 days’ notice before the first of a new month for plan cancellations
• Plans will automatically renew on the first of each new month unless otherwise noted by customer
